Immobilière Charles V first opened its doors at 10 avenue du Château in Vincennes more than forty years ago. Back then, there was no digital — what counted was listening, being present on the ground, and knowing the buildings, the co-ownerships and the local families inside out. That way of working is still passed on today, from advisor to advisor, across Vincennes and its neighbouring towns: Saint-Mandé, Fontenay-sous-Bois, Montreuil, Nogent-sur-Marne and eastern Paris.
