What does property management cost?

Our fees come to 8% incl. VAT on amounts collected. This single rate covers the entire management: rent collection, reminders, charges reconciliation, technical follow-up, claims handling and monthly reporting. No add-ons, no surprises.

Can you guarantee my rent if a tenant defaults?

Yes, optionally. We offer rent-loss insurance (GLI) at around 2.5% of the rent, covering rent, charges and any procedural costs. We also direct eligible tenants to Visale, free for the landlord.

How long does it take to let a property in Vincennes?

A property listed at the right price finds a tenant quickly: the tenant is generally selected within the first viewings, with the booking confirmed the same day. Then count 48 hours to draft the lease and gather the applicant's and guarantor's documents, plus a few days until the move-in date and the inventory of fixtures. From viewing to handing over the keys, the process runs smoothly.

What happens when works are needed?

For repairs under €250 incl. VAT, we act without delay: we instruct the tradesperson, advance the cost and deduct it from the next rent. Above that, nothing happens without your approval — we always submit a written quote and wait for your written go-ahead before any work.

Can I terminate the management mandate at any time?

The mandate is signed for one year and renews automatically. Either party may terminate it with 3 months' notice.
